My 2017 season started in style last weekend with a trip down to Hampshire for Natalie and Joe's wedding. They chose Old Thorns near Liphook and were keen to have natural documentary coverage so they could focus on enjoying the day with their family and friends.
Natalie looked absolutely stunning and the aisle in the Champagne Bar was strewn with feathers to match the bodice of her dress. Joe’s mum Julie did an amazing job with the flowers which was no mean feat. There were rather a lot of bouquets and buttonholes to make as Natalie and Joe don’t do things by halves – they had seven bridesmaids, eight ushers and two best men!
The reception was held in the Gatsby ballroom which is the most incredible room – absolutely huge and decorated in full on art deco style - a perfect fit for Natalie and Joe’s wedding theme. The cake table was also a sight to behold, with four different cakes, all amazingly decorated by Loaded Cakes.
After some very emotional speeches, there were some pretty epic shapes being pulled on the dance floor at the end of the day.
Thank you Natalie and Joe for choosing me to capture your special day – I hope you like your preview pictures. The full gallery will be ready in a few weeks.
