Cripps Barn Wedding Photography: Nikki & Dom
I first met Nikki and Dom at a wedding I shot last year where Nikki was a bridesmaid. It turned out they live just round the corner from me and I was delighted when they chose me to photograph their big day at Cripps Barn in the Cotswolds. Nikki is very artistic and the day featured a wealth of hand-made details she'd lovingly crafted. She'd also had help from some equally talented friends, one of whom made the gorgeous cake and another who made the beautiful bouquet, plus Nikki's mum made the bridesmaids' dresses.
I loved the bird theme - a play on the couple's surname - and the delicate peach colour scheme. Nikki's dress was custom designed and made by the amazing Couture Company in Birmingham - it was truly spectacular! Her Irregular Choice shoes were pretty special too, and the gorgeous rural barn where Nikki got ready provided the perfect backdrop to photograph them in advance of the outdoor ceremony.
