Last week I announced that the lucky winners of my wedding photography competition were Amy and John and gave you a sneak peek of their fun engagement shoot on the streets of Digbeth in Birmingham. Here as promised is the full post!
Amy's competition entry wowed me with the quirky details they have planned for their special day and her gorgeous vintage dress from Luxe Bridal (which I've seen a photo of - shhhh!). However, her main message was that the day would be relaxed, fun and all about enjoying themselves in the company of family and friends. Sounds like my kind of a wedding!
Amy and John are getting married at Fazeley Studios in Digbeth so the streets around the Custard Factory seemed to be the perfect place for their pre-wedding shoot, especially as they've just bought themselves a beautiful tandem bicycle which will be at the wedding. The sun shone and we had great fun exploring the area. I couldn't have chosen a nicer couple!
They both admitted that they were a little nervous before the shoot but soon relaxed and had a great time. A pre-wedding shoot is a great way to get used to being in front of the camera before the wedding. Thank you for the wine and I can't wait for your wedding next Spring!
