I'm very excited to be exhibiting at the Vintage Chic Wedding Fair in Birmingham this weekend.  It's a lovely fair, packed full of amazing suppliers of vintage loveliness and is well worth a visit if you're planning a vintage themed wedding, or are just looking for bespoke suppliers and some quirky finishing touches for your big day.

It also inspired me to look back at the very first wedding I shot.  I fell in love with photography for the second time when I bought a DSLR after the birth of my daughter five years ago but I originally said I wouldn't do weddings as the responsibility was just too great.  You only get one chance to get it right!  However, the opportunity arose to second shoot a vintage themed wedding at Highbury Hall in Moseley, alongside the amazing photographer Eliza Claire.  That was it - I was hooked. 

Lucy and John's wedding was an absolute treat.  Lucy's family were great collectors and she spent a long time collecting the many vintage items for her wedding, many of which were family items and had special meaning.  Here are some of my favourites (and check out Lucy's amazing vintage dress)!
